Use of the site
The Problem Desk is an informational research resource. The content on this site (topic reads, signal timelines, data, documents) is provided for educational and research purposes only. By using the site you agree not to misuse it, disrupt it, or attempt to access parts of it you haven't been granted access to.
Access to The Problem Desk
Membership is managed through GotAProb's Skool community. Approved members log into The Problem Desk itself with an email-only, password-free link, which grants access to tracked topic pages and their hosted source documents. Your Skool membership is governed by Skool's own terms and GotAProb's membership terms, in addition to this document. We can remove access to The Problem Desk at any time, for example if your Skool membership ends.
Research methodology
Topics are researched from a mix of primary sources (government data, filings, regulations) and public signals such as forum discussions, news coverage, and community threads, following the tiered process described on our Methodology page. We work to keep every figure sourced and dated, but the Desk makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or that any figure reflects current market conditions at the moment you read it. Source links are provided throughout so you can verify anything yourself.
Not advice
Nothing on The Problem Desk constitutes business, legal, financial, or investment advice. The Desk identifies problems and opportunities worth investigating, not validated opportunities or recommendations to act. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on content here, and you should do your own diligence before building, investing, or otherwise acting on anything you read.
Intellectual property
The content, design, underlying data compilation, and code of The Problem Desk are owned by GotAProb and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to train a model without permission. Hosted source documents (for example, federal government reports) remain governed by their own original copyright status, noted on the document itself where relevant.
Liability
The Desk is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. GotAProb accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
